A Dallas County grand jury indicted a day care owner and three workers in the death of a little boy in their care.
Blynthia Washington now faces charges of reckless injury to a child causing serious bodily injury and tampering with physical evidence.
Workers Melissa Williams, Sharon Denmark and Tonia Robertson each face one count of tampering with physical evidence.
The four were caring for four-year-old Jacob Fox, who died when left in the day care's van for hours in late July.
Washington allegedly ordered her workers to put the child's body under some playground equipment and tell investigators that the child died there.
