Mission Statement
Hope4KidZ, Inc. is a public benefit corporation, organized for a public or charitable
purpose. Our mission is to:
Increase the protection of foster children living in large group facilities.
Make Child Protective Services' (CPS) policies and procedures readily available to
anyone involved in a relationship with CPS.
Increase the accountability of CPS and contracted agents to those affected by its
policy and procedures and to otherwise inform and assist all people involved in the care of
children in foster care.
Work with legislators, Child Care Licensing, state offices, media, and
the local community, to create a safer life for children in state foster care.
Assure overly broad and vague gag orders/laws do not prevent anyone from speaking about
the judicial process.
