It's Lisa and I first off wanted to say HI! I MISSSSSSSSS You.

Secondly, I called you about two weeks ago and left a message with my cell phone number and never got a call back. I have some really exciting news for you that I know that you would love to here. I will go ahead and tell you right now. When I was in the 6th grade I was in dance. Well, I had to quit because we moved.

Well, at the end of this past school year I decided to try out for color guard and well... I MADE the team. Next year will be my Senior year in High School and that is when I will start. I was so excited and everybody is proud of me. We are going to do our uniform fittings over the summer and I will send you pics.

I want to go to Texas to see you for my 18th birthday. If it wasn't for you and mom, I probably wouldn't be having it. So I want to spend it with You and your family and my family.

Once again, I love you Aunt Jo and I miss you.

I just wanted to say that I love you guys and am so proud to see all that you have done and are doing. If it weren't for the Hope4KidZ organization My family and I probably would have lost ourselves. In the darkest of times you were the light in our lives and for that I owe a lot to this group.
If you ever need extra hands just give me a shout. You will be happy to know that Kelley is growing finally and smart as a whip. He is finally getting that sparkle back in his eyes.

This is especially for a certain person who is head of the class if it weren't for you and my mother pushing me and letting me vent all those times I don't think that I could have had the strength to fight as long as I did. Because God only knows I wanted to just quit when it seemed as though no one would listen. You know who you are and I just want to say that I love you and miss our long talks.

I just wanted to write to say hey and to let you know that my brother and I think that every thing that you do for kids is totally awesome. We don't go on the internet too much but we do know every thing about you and all of the stuff that you do for kids and we can't wait to meet you some day soon.

Plus, also the same with Mr. Peter, I wrote to him to say happy birthday. Anyway, there's a lot of junk on the internet which pretty much sucks but then there are the people like you that make things much better for kids like us and lots of others; so, I just wanted to say hey and thank you a ton for everything. I am so sorry it has been so long since we last spoke but I could not find your number or email. I miss our chats they were so inspiring for me.

You were a rock when I needed one and a soft hand when I needed to cry. God Bless you all, you are a true Saint. You have the courage that a lot of us desire and the strength that everyone needs and wants. Always remember that.

I am so sorry it took a loss on your part to get started doing what you do that helped me. You saved my life, you saved my girls, and you saved my husband. "SUCCESS"!

There are long hard fights to be fought and there you are. "WE" did it. Not me, if it were not for you I would not have had it in me. You may not always win, but you NEVER lose! Thank you for being our life jackets, you really saved our lives! We love you!

I had the greatest experience of talking with the director of Hope4KidZ last night on the phone. It was truly an honor.
Her inspiration impacts many lives. Including mine!

You are a much needed crusader and one day your efforts will be noticed and rewarded. Little by little things are changing. The long arm of CPS has touched too many lives to go unnoticed any longer. Your name will be listed among the champions of family's and children.

Hope4KidZ GOD BLESS YOU AND ALL THE WORK YOU DO!! You don't know me but I sure know of you, I was Kayla's Great Aunt. I just wanted to say I agree with all you've said about what we are going through, the more they try to hide the truth the louder we MUST SCREAM IT! Keep up your work, we need more brave people to stand up for our children.

You are truly my family's angel. Thanks so much for the gift you sent my daughter. She just received it today and to hear how it made her day was unreal. She just woke up in the hospital and was greeted with your gift of kindness. She hasn't been awake for much but that definitely woke her up and she sounded like Santa Clause had been there while she slept. You are many Kids' Angel On Their Shoulder, my daughter included.

The world would be a better place if there were more caring people like you for these kids. God will bless you someday...You deserve it more than any person I know.

Good luck! I take my hat off to you all, you are such wonderful people. The children of our world need to be taken care of.

Thank you for helping us get our girls back home. I felt like I was losing my mind at times and you kept me from jumping off that bridge. The girls are doing great, no longer in Special Education, and are becoming young ladies now! You would not recognize them.

The justice system is the worst in this country. It's amazing what some of these people get by with.

You are correct. I don't know if we ever "deal with" our losses. We just change our priorities around and do the best that we can without our children. I still miss my son so very much, daily.

Thank you so very much for adding my son's name. My thoughts and prayers are with Kristen and her family. So very sorry for her and the rest of the children.

I just wanted to drop by to say "HI" and let you know that I am thinking about you today & always. You guys truly are the greatest-keep doing the hard work you do- others do benefit from it.

As I read the entire story, I could not help but realize you were writing the story of almost everyone I have spoken with throughout the past 3-4 years! I am sorry to say, there is no magical fix or any other kind of solution any of the thousands of biological parents, foster parents, adoptive parents, or anyone else that comes to mind has found.

Everyone knows that CPS is not the solution many had believed. They may rescue a child from time to time, maybe, but more than anything else, they have the power to turn your life into a living hell and will continue to do so unless enough people are able to put aside some of our differences and join together...FOR THE CHILDREN'S SAKE. No one entity can force CPS to do squat; not your governor, mayor, state rep., and certainly not George W.
